Auris is located in the heart of the Waldorf world in beautifulJrna, south of Stockholm. They are renowned for their quality musical instruments.
This pentatonic 7 tone glockenspiel is fully harmonious, meaning that it will make wonderful sounding music by children, no matter what the song. It is therefore a perfect instrument foruse in home and early childhood education settings. It also makes an excellent instrument for musical games and storytelling.
This pentatonic AURIS-Glockenspiel produces heavenly, harmonic melodies. The basic pentatonic scale enables mixing tones in any combination while still sounding pleasant. Tuned to 432 Hz, a pitch recommended by ear physicians and Waldorf education founder Rudolf Steiner for its relaxing and energizing effects, the brass alloy bars create an amazing, golden sound.
